Refund policy

Return policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.

However, if you do wish to return or exchange a product, the following rules apply:

• To register a return, please send an email to 
  info@lovythelabel.com
  . Please state your order number and the reason for the return.
• After receiving your product(s), you have 14 days to let us know that you wish to return the product.
• The return costs are at your own expense. The costs for returning a letterbox parcel are £4.95 and £6.95 for a regular parcel.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept products that have been used, opened or damaged. In that case, the product will not be refunded.
• Once your return has been registered, you will receive a confirmation and a return form from us. This form must be completed and enclosed with the return shipment.
• The purchase amount will be refunded to the account you used to pay, within a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of the returned product.
